    My experience was very good. I contacted them a day or so after I ordered the charger, and told
    them I had found another charger with a larger capacity, and cheaper, I was amazed at their response to me. They advised me that for whatever reason I was not satisfied "just return it with
    no questions asked". I appreciated that and will look to them in the future for my charger needs.
