I ordered a replacement charger for my Samsung laptop. I ordered the exact model number of the charger, but the replacement was to large to fit into the computer. I contacted the company and they informed me that the charger I requested was for a Samsung monitor, not a laptop. They asked for the model of my laptop and they were able to find the correct charger cable, which they promptly sent with charges only for shipping. They told me to keep the incorrect charger and to not bother returning it. Now I have a well functioning charger for my laptop as well as one for a Samsung monitor (if I ever get one). I was very pleased with the service and product.
