    The ordering and descriptions were good and easy. The delivery was prompt and the product appears to be satisfactory, as well as the instructions for the replacement being clear and easy to follow. I was a little disappointed by the profile of the charger, since the last replacement fit the profile of the laptop perfectly, where this one extends out beyond the body of the laptop.
