AC Adapter Charger for Gateway ADP-120ZB BB Notebook

I had to contact customer service do to issues in getting the charger to function in my computer. I was fortunate enough to get Devon on the phone to walk me through this. I followed the enclosed directions to the tee. The directions did talk about there maybe differnt bios connected to after market charger. But gave know information on how to accomplish this. Devon did explain this and stated that there maybe a cd enclosed and to try that. However all the directions were in Chinese. Devon then directed me to your website where I downloaded the drivers resolving the issues.Thank god I was able to contact a customer service rep who was committed to seeing this sale to the end.I hope you resolve these issues going forward. I spent alot of time resolving this.
