    Great experience. When we ordered our product we typed in the actual charger # from the one we were replacing and it did not come up with an option as to a specific "plug" size so we though we were set. When we got the charger the "plug" size was too big, but a phone call to customer service solved our problem and we got it switched out with little to no hassle.

    Yes I am satisfied. My charger is actually still working but I wanted another handy because the laptop is telling me that the charger is low. I was shocked how small the package was; I thought immediately that it was going to not fit but it was a perfect fit.
