Your customer service person was very helpful & efficient,which I appreciated since I am not very computer savy.I was told the items would arrive within 2-3 days so did not expect delivery until the following Monday,3 days.I received them that Friday,2 days after I had placed my order-Great!I could have my computer for the week-end.
I was also very impressed with the packaging of the charger.I work in the shipping business and am very aware of how dangerous these batteries can be and the special requirements for shipping all batteries.
