Compatible Replacement Asus Eee pc 904HD charger

Ordered this about a week ago. It came in in a timely manner (about a week). Charger was a different design that the picture. After trying it out, it did not work; I even used a multimeter. After emailing the company for an exchange they "needed to provide proof for every DOA product to the QC team." I didn't really feel like this was my responsibility to provide, but I sent pictures anyways. Instead of asking for an exchange, I just requested a refund because they seem like a hassle.

Buyer beware.

My charger i recieved was not as shown in picture. I recieved a simple 2-prong charger unlike the 3-prong (grounded) i was trying to replace. The picture of the product i thought i was purchasing showed it was 3prong. The one i recieved does work and charges my laptop but it gets extremely hot, like melting hot. I cannot recommend this product with good faith, could definately cause a fire or combustion when the circumstance arrives.
