    Due to a labeling error by their supplier, they shipped the wrong charger. However, they promptly responded to the problem and sent prepaid shipping documents for me to return the charger. Full credit given to me, so I wasn't out any $$ for the shipping. I was really pleased with their customer service. Just wish they had sent the right charger!
