    Free replacement of incorrect first shipment

    I was very pleased and impressed with the company which sent a new charger (because the one sent originally had the wrong plug) and billed me only the shipping cost. The charger is working well and I hope to use it until the notebook is replaced.

    Super quick delivery on this item. charger charged up fine on the initial try, but won't charge now. Haven't diagnosed the problem, but could be the power supply. Reserving opinion on the quality of the item.
