I recently bought a charger from y'all and it didn't work. The charger I bought from y'all was for my monitor and I thought maybe my monitor was broken instead, but I recently got another charger from Walmart and it works! When I tried to return y'all charger for a full refund, your customer refund department made it ridiculously inconvenient to get a return number. When I did all the necessary steps to return the charger they instead offered me a half refund. The customer service representative, even said that your electronics technician approved the charger for my monitor. What use do I have for a charger that doesn't work? Your customer service and refund policy is abysmal, and I will not be doing business with y'all in the future.
