As an update, this non-working charger was exchanged with a good one and Chargerbuy paid the postage each way. The new charger is working as it should. I am upgrading my prior one star rating to four stars. A properly manufactured charger should be tested; because the vendor covered it I am only deducting one star.

This charger will not take a charge despite several 10-12 hour charging sessions. Your listed phone number that is advertised to have 24 hour support only takes a voice mail message and your customer support e-mail bounces. This isn't very promising. If I don't get a response I will have the credit card company cancel the charges.
