My order arrived 2 days earlier than expected, and in great shape. Only used the charger once since received. I plugged the charger into the power chair, noted the red led indicating charging was in progress, then checked back about an hour later. The chair's control indicated a gain of one "charging bar", so charging was progressing as expected. I grabbed the charger, and man was it hot! Like REAL HOT! I could not hold it for more than one second, and I'm no snowflake! I'm glad I didn't lay the charger on the seat of the power chair, as it would have burned or melted the seat cushion. I checked again after an overnight charge. The power chair was fully charged, the charger was cool to the touch, and the green led on the charger was illuminated. So far, the charger seems to work well. Just be aware that the charger gets extremely, if not dangerously hot while charging, which resulted in a 1 star ding.
I will provide an update after 2 or 3 months of use.
