My first experience with Lap Top ChargerBuy (wife's laptop charger) was great and order was shipped out fast. Second experience (my laptop charger) same with great, fast shipping. This charger had a problem. Would not charge fully (72%) and with each charging percentage of charge was going down. Called their customer service and they asked me to run it through a few more charging. Didn't help. Called again and the young man took some info. and said to send it back for full refund or replacement. I elected replacement. I received the replacement in a very good time line. Every one wants what they have ordered to receive it ASAP with no problems and with that we are 100% pleased. Here the product was defective, Laptop Batteries acknowledged it being defective, replaced with a new charger without any hassle. So with this type of customer service I will be a repeat customer and give them a 10 star rating. Thank You, Gene S
