I ordered a charger for less than half of the OEM seller's retail price, so I was a little weary. The charger was shipped promptly but when I installed it, it would only charge to 45 minutes/48%. I had to pay for shipping back (shipping, insurance, and tracking was $13) even though their product was defective. However, they did honor their 45 day guarantee and shipped me a new charger. This one charges to 100%/5 and 1/2 hrs. They're also not so good at customer service. I never got a notification that they received my defective charger- only a shipment notification 2.5 wks after I sent it. But hey, I can pay for return shipping + the charger and still come out paying $122. Much better than the OEM seller, who charges $300!
