    Placed an order for a replacement charger after 3 PM on a Wednesday - after realizing that no stores carry batteries in our area - for our ACER Aspire laptop and it was delivered before NOON on Friday. It was shipped by UPS from Richmond, British Columbia and I was kept constantly updated on the progress of the shipment via EMail.

    Inserted charger and it is charging as I type and I am totally happy about BattDepot's response....
