    The ordering process was fine, however, after following all the directions for charging my new charger, it still does not hold a charge for longer than 30-40 minutes. I am so disappointed!

    After posting this, I was contacted by Chargerbuy by email and by phone wanting to resolve the problem I was having with my new charger. I was very impressed with their care and kindness. I am happy to say that I am getting a replacement charger and I look forward to dealing with this company for many years to come. I tried to change the rating stars at the top of this post but could not do so. I give them 5 stars! Thank you!
