    I was very excited when I was finally able to buy a charger for my laptop, as I had lost mine awhile ago. I had waited over the amount if time for my package to arrive, it never did. Which can happen with any package in the mail. I sent the customer service an email about my lost package and we had a friendly discussion about the package an getting a new one.
