    I was at first dissatisfied. I have not gotten my laptop charger nor had I heard from the company. It was really bothering me, until I did what everyone should do.

    I went back and re-read the original copy of the confirmation of my purchase. There it read that the charger was on back-order. Even more gratifying I also got a copy from one of their people saying the same thing.

    They are a small company filling a big niche and very well represent the American values we were all raised. Now that I understand what is going on I hope others give them a try. These guys are what America is all about.
