I took a chance with them because the price was so good and it had good reviews on ResellerRatings as well as a few bad ones. I ordered my new laptop charger and was promised it would be 2-3 day free delivery. The charger arrived as scheduled, but when I opened the package the thin plastic end was broken even though the packaging showed no sign of damage and it was very well wrapped. I got on line immediately and found that all RMA details were done at their website. That worried me a little, because I wondered if they have a lot of returns. Anyway I did what they said and got an RMA number and mailed it out the next day with the insurance and signature receipt required. It cost me just under $10. But since I got such a good deal on the charger I ate it. I had my new charger back in the mail in about a week and a half with no hassles. So far the charger seems really good. I was lucky to get a half hour out of my old charger and I am getting several hours of normal computing, internet use, USB devices hooked up etc. with the new charger. I've only had it less than a week, but to this point It is meeting all my expectations.
Apr. 19, 2009 Follow Up. I recently took a trip and wanted to watch a DVD on the plane. The charger worked like a champ. I could have watched at least two and maybe three full length DVDs. I can sit around on the couch for long periods playing games or surfing the net and the charger holds up for hours on end. I could not be happier to this point.
