I'm really pleased with the service I received from Chargerbuy. I have had my the OEM seller laptop for 17 months and the charger has been getting worse; on Wednesday night (September 17, 2008) it completely quit. My computer would shut down after being unplugged for about 25 seconds despite being on the lowest power settings. The next morning I began searching for information to buy a new charger. The the OEM seller website sold my original charger for $135 and it had a terrible rating with many people having the same experience I had with it. They also sold an upgraded charger for $300- outrageous! Not wanting to buy another substandard charger, I searched the internet for an independent dealer and found LBD. They had the the OEM seller's $300 charger for only $79.99 and it was $10 off at the time because it was on backorder. Not only that, they offered a great warranty and free shipping. Figuring I wouldn't need to unplug my laptop for awhile, I ordered the charger for 25% of the OEM seller's price despite the backorder- my total cost was $71. A couple of hours later I received an email saying that the charger was in stock and had already shipped! I got the charger on Monday (September 22) and installed it without a problem. It charged quickly to 100%. Perfect!
To sum up: I got a better charger, with a better warranty, for a better price and I got it in just a couple of days.
