The only issue is when I ordered the charger, it indicated it was in stock, however, I received a communication a few days later indicating there was an error on the inventory, and it was not in stock, but a shipment was in process. They provided a tentative shipment date, which was received as scheduled from the update communication. Very satisfied with status communications.
Currently having a problem recharging the charger, and sent a request to customer service for advice today (9/19). Waiting for reply.
