    Excellent. I selected the wrong charger on my initial order. I phoned them and they selected the correct one. I bought it and they gave me a return authorization. The correct charger was shipped quickly. Since we got the first order with free shipping, we paid the return postage. On the replacement order they gave me a $5 discount to cover that. Did not ask for that, they just volunteered it. This situation could not have been handled any better. EXCELLENT!
