I love your site and will recommend it to others. Unfortunately my laptop may have bigger issues. I am waiting to hear how much it will cost to repair. If that cost outweighs getting a new laptop, then I will be returning the charger. The service I received was prompt and correct. I should know by early next week if I am keeping the product.
