    The charger did not arrive fully discharged. However, I left it plugged in for 12 hours. Currently, I am cycling the charger. I allow it to fully drain overnight. In the morning, I remove the charger, reinstall it and then plug it in. I leave my computer plugged in all day. I intend to repeat they cycle 6 times. Then I will check the charger life. The first time I checked it, I was on the internet, surfing, blogging and handling my email. My indicator notified me of a low charger in just over 2 hours. That is too short. Hence, I'm continuing to cycle and will retest.
