The product was sold at a good price and delivery was quick. However, my package arrived open and empty. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures of the package so that a claim could be addressed with USPS and I was told a replacement would be mailed immediately. I then received an email practically accusing me of stealing the charger in order to get another one and that they would only send one more as they were losing $21 on the transaction. Bad customer communication. I received my replacement charger in a few days. This time it was packaged differently than the first mailing. Good product, lousy customer communication. I will take my business elsewhere.
