I received a charger that was advertised to fit my tablet by model number. It didn��t work so I attempted to contact company about a return. I was disconnected three times and then received voicemail the fourth time. I left my number to call and emailed the company with my request. UPDATE: 2/1/17 The online customer support was prompt and attentive. This is the best way to contact ChargerBuy. Initially, I was told that my tablet was defective, after further explanation they quickly reviewed the issues and made amends. A new charger is being sent and a tracking number was provided.
