I had moved and everything and I mean everything was packed away. Couldn’t find the power cord for my Epson printer and really needed it as we are building a new home. I ordered from Charger Buy on line and realized my credit card still was showing my old address after ordering. So, I called Charger Buy to change the shipping address and didn’t get any answer. Well guess what? The lady from Charger Buy saw that I had tried to call and actually called me back! She is in California and I’m in Maine. She had to call the shipping department to verify that my power cord had not shipped yet and had to call me back. Which she did and was very prompt and very polite. She did a excellent job and I did receive my order promptly. Would definitely buy from Charger Buy again!!
