Compatible Power Supply Replace Dell R0423

Hours after I ordered this (when I realized my problem was this part and not my desk top computer tower), and with my monitor shut off as well, when I turned the monitor on, it worked. So I realized I didn't need this part at all. Contacting customer, they were extemely helpful and understanding; second to none! I had to keep the part and would be offered a partial refund. Guess what? After a week and a day of the old adapter attached, the darn Dell monitor started acting up AGAIN! I switched out adapters to this one and knock wood no flicking of the monitor and/or a black screen. Very impressed with customer service and the quality of the part.

Prices were unbelievable. HP wanted to charge more than double for the charger without shipping.
