I received my order in less than 48 hours. The delivery person dropped it on the porch, the packaging was two layers of thin bubblewrap; no box, so the tip of the corner was bent on the charger case, but I bent it back, put it on the laptop, charged it and it works. For a $52 purchase I don't have time to send it back and have the same thing happen over and over due to cheap packaging that doesn't protect the product. I will use it and keep the paperwork to see if it outlives the warranty. It matches the white color of the laptop and fits perfectly. I also didn't have to wade through a hundred people to pay $70 more at an Apple store for a comparable product.
