    No instructions as to proper use? When is the charger charged? When the blue light goes off? What? As you know it is critical to charge new charger to the fullest prior to use, and then run it all the way down to insure a proper cycle. No information with kit, someone just send me an email to update me, and some info should be included in future orders shipped. rkambeitz@sbcgloba.net
