    The lady who answered the phone was very nice. Good customer service. I am happy with my experience. Received the charger quickly. However, the charger I ordered does not fit my computer. So I will need to return it for the correct one. It would have been helpful if she had more computer experience regarding whether or not it would actually fit my computer, but there are so many computers out there it would be difficult. So, it is my problem.
