I was completely satisfied with the shipping and the quality of the product. The one thing I was not happy with was the original charger that I ordered. I had ordered the wrong charger and noticed the mistake before the charger arrived. I contacted you by E-Mail to see about getting the correct charger and sending the wrong one back. As of now, I've sent two messages, and haven't heard back. I just wanted to know how to proceed with my return. Thanks, Jack
