    The charger arrived in a timely fashion. Upon using the charger I found that it fit very tightly, in fact, so tightly that it would not attach unless the 'release' button was depressed. This is not normal with the original charger that came with the laptop. The charger only gives me about 2 hrs of use, I was hoping for a little more than that. Service was very nice and responsive. Overall a good exerience.
