Cannot believe that there is a company out there that has great customer service doesn't put you on hold and never comes back - hoping you hang up- YES this happened to me just before I called this company. the person was simply wonderful! And I ordered it on a Monday and got it in the mail Wednesday! When he told me I would get the batte4ry in time for my granddaughters birthday I took his word with a grain of salt for there is no company that doesn't lie to get your order. I was wrong.
