Product received about 3-4 days after I ordered it. Initial installation and charging worked fine, but the unit quit after about one day, and would not take or hold a charge. I called the customer service number, and received a return phone call within 1/2 day with instructions on how to return the charger for exchange. Awaiting delivery of the charger to the vendor, and subsequent completion of the exchange. So far, disappointed with the product, but satisfied with efforts to correct the problem. Sometimes, things don't work the way they should, but the test comes in correcting the problem.
