We strive for 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed by repair, refund, exchange and an assured compliance with any manufacturer's warranties.

 

General Terms:

 We generally accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Prior to any return,Buyers must contact customer service via email at service@chargerbuy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any returns. After getting the request, our customer service team will provide further instruction. Non-authorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

 Unlike many of our competitors, we do accept returns without a receipt. We give our customers the option of PayPal refund, Credit Card and Debit Card refund as well as exchange for the product.

 To obtain an RMA number, email us at service@chargerbuy.com. Please write the RMA number on the package before returning it. We cannot identify the returned item without the RMA number.

 

Situation We May Experience:

 DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to us within 1 year from receipt, at ChargerBuy.com's discretion for: refund, replacement, exchange or repair.
Buyers should contact customer service via email service@chargerbuy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any returns. After getting the request, our customer service team will provide further instruction. Non-authorized returns will not be processed or refunded. 

 NON-DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to us within 30 days from receipt, at ChargerBuy.com's discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any return shipping cost will be your responsibility and not refunded unless there's an error on our part. (returns of bulk orders are subjected to 25%-50% restocking fee depending on the circumstances) 

 DAMAGED ITEMS. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. We will ship out another item within 24 hours if the fault falls on the shipping company. 

 NON-RECEIPT. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered promptly and accurately. In the rare instance where a customer claims non-receipt of an order despite the shipping company providing valid tracking and delivery confirmation, the following steps will be taken:

Verification Process: Upon receiving a claim of non-receipt, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to verify the delivery status using the provided tracking information.

Resolution Options:
If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout and the tracking information supports this, we will consider the order fulfilled.


If the tracking information shows a discrepancy or if there is evidence of an incorrect delivery, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue promptly.

Customer Cooperation: Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and detailed delivery instructions during checkout. In cases where a delivery issue arises despite correct information provided, we will assist in every reasonable manner to resolve the matter satisfactorily.

Claims Deadline: Claims of non-receipt must be reported to us within 15 days from the order's estimated delivery date as per the provided tracking information. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.

Refunds and Replacements: Based on the investigation results, eligible customers may be offered a replacement of the ordered item(s) or a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or by other means agreed upon by both parties.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failure to provide correct delivery details may result in delays or non-delivery of the order for which we are not liable.

 If your package is lost in transit, we will start a tracer with the shipping company. If the package is not found during the tracing period (up to 7 business days), we will reship your order. 

 In the case of a package refusal, you may have to assume the return shipping cost, a 8% restocking fee and some brokerage fees, etc. So we strongly discourage you from refusing our package and recommend you accept it and request a return instead if need be. 

 If a customer provides undeliverable shipping address, the package might be returned back to the sender. The customer is eligible for refund but the shipping cost is not refundable. 

 You are limited to 3 returns without a receipt within a 30-day period. 


Refund and Order Cancellation:

 Our return policy is quite flexible, we accept scratched, worn, natual-distorted items but all items returned for refund should not have a trace of vandalization.The warranty will be void if we determine the returned item is damaged in purpose.Also,do not dismantle the item, do not send us an item which was not purchased from us.

 As we process all orders in a timely manner, order cancellation may be a bit difficult. If you insist on canceling a submitted order for some reason, please email us promptly at service@chargerbuy.com, Please note that once an order has been processed and approved to ship, order cancellation may not be possible.

 If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue you a refund within 24 hours,the money will be automatically returned back to your transaction account within 48 hours.
