Thus far, this is an excellent low cost replacement adapter for our original Acer A/C adapter. It has been in service approx a week. Thank you!

Item was the exact match of the one we needed replacing (make sure you order exactly-exactly, by model number etc), and reasonably-priced: we thought we were ordering just the power cord, which we determined was the malfunctioning part, and we got a new AC adapter as well. Or we ordered the adapter, and got the power cord too - don't remember which. Works perfectly. Delivery was unexpectedly fast, we were surprised when it arrived! Will totally do business again.

After several failed attempts with other power adapters purchased from amazon vendors, I found the power adapter that was needed with ChargerBuy - their website showed the exact image with correct description of the adapter needed, which is the sole reason why I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. However, when I received the item, it was not the item as pictured on their website. I contacted the company, found out there are no free returns, and shipping is not refundable. Super disappointed.
