charger worked as advertised. The fit into the back of the computer was a little tight, but it worked. In order to remove the charger after it is installed one needs to tap on the computer while holding the release lever, which is not an elegant move.

I ordered a power supply that did not work when received. I was told it was something I was doing wrong. (I thought it may be my computer even though the green light did NOT come on) They offered to send a replacement if I paid shipping and handling. I agreed. The replacement worked perfect. Since it was not a problem on my end I asked for the extra charge back and even said I would take a credit toward a future purchase. I was told I need to pay to ship the broken one back first. (Not clear if they would then credit me for both shipping expenses)

The reason for three stars instead of one. They responded to every email and the replacement works perfect.
